1. The raffle is organized by kybun Joya Retail AG and is open to all individuals aged 18 and older, except for employees of the organizer.
2. Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.
3. Cash prizes are not available.
4. Participants consent to the collection and use of their data for the purpose of the draw. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Legal recourse is excluded. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle in case of unforeseen circumstances.
